Ads & Social Media Manager


Key Responsibilities

  • Set-Up & Scheduling of Ads & Organic Posts  (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.)

  • Daily and weekly digital Ads Performance Monitoring (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.)

  • Campaign Budget Monitoring and Optimisations

  • Ads & Organic Analysis & monthly Reporting 

  • Assist with Client onboarding (Meta, Google, LinkedIn, etc.)

  • Instagram Stories, Strategy & Execution

  • Digital Community Management (Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)

  • Oversee that all marketing funnels align seamlessly


Our ideal hire will:

  • Have the ability to develop and execute comprehensive content plans that align with brand objectives while ensuring consistency across channels

  • Have the capability to conceptualise and brief content and copy, working closely with designers, copywriters, photographers, and videographers to align visuals with brand messages .

  • Have the ability to organise tasks, manage deadlines, and collaborate across teams to ensure smooth content delivery and be logical with solid planning, organising and time management skills to ensure efficient execution of tasks/projects.

  • Have deep knowledge of digital platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google Business Profile, Google ads, etc.), including each platform’s ad formats, analytics, and best practices.

  • Be proficient in managing and optimising ads through Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads Manager, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, ensuring maximum ROI and reaching target demographics.

  • Be skilled in using analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, social platform insights, Woocommerce, etc) to track organic and ads campaign performance, measure KPIs, and make data-driven decisions to improve outcomes.

  • Be skilled in building audiences based on demographics, interests, and behaviours, and adjusting targeting strategies to reach the right people with the right message.

  • Have strong organisational skills to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously, with attention to deadlines, collaboration, and budget constraints.

  • Stay up to date with knowledge of social media trends, new platform features, and digital marketing innovations to stay competitive and enhance brand relevance.

  • Have strong interpersonal skills for and community management, and cultivating brand relationships through genuine, responsive engagement.

  • Have a flexible and solution-driven mindset to adjust strategies when campaigns underperform and the ability to creatively troubleshoot and respond to real-time issues.

  • Have strong multitasking abilities to manage high volumes of work in a fast-paced work environment.

  • Be able to work under pressure, handle workloads and meet deadlines within a specified timeframe.

  • Be able to work independently as well as within various teams to drive projects to completion.

Requirements:

A Degree in a related field, and at least three years experience.
