Creative Project Manager


Key Responsibilities

  • Developing the long-term and short-term Ads & Organic Content Strategies

  • Visual Strategy & Planning for Ads & Organic channels

  • Planning content according to the strategies and managing the timelines of the creation of said content

  • Take part in drafting content briefs, reviewing drafts, and ensuring final assets meet brand and project standards

  • Shoot Planning, Setting-Up of shotlists & Moodboards, Location, Model & Props Sourcing

  • Project Management, development and management of project timelines, budgets, and resources for various creative and content initiatives

  • Coordinate across production, copywriting and design teams to ensure all tasks align and are completed on schedule

  • Collaborate with internal teams & freelancers to set content goals, and shape content strategies that align with brand guidelines and business objectives.

  • Oversee curation across platforms, ensuring quality, engagement, brand alignment, and that client expectations are met

  • Act as the secondary point of contact with clients, maintaining open communication on project progress, goals, and deliverables

  • Review and approve reports on content performance and project outcomes, suggesting improvements where needed.

  • Review and approve content performance metrics across social media and other digital platforms, identifying areas for improvement

  • Use data insights to adjust strategies, enhance engagement, and improve future content outcomes

  • Foster a collaborative work environment, encouraging creative input and open communication among team members.


Our ideal hire will:

  • Posses a strong sense of detail and aesthetic judgement

  • Have sound knowledge of photography, videography, copywriting and design for social media and digital ads purposes, bringing an informed perspective to content planning and quality assessment for visual assets

  • Apply logical planning, organisation, and time-management skills

  • Manage multiple projects and handle high-volume tasks, adapting swiftly within a fast-paced agency setting

  • Perform effectively under pressure, handling workload fluctuations and meeting tight deadlines with consistency

  • Be able to work independently while collaborating with teams to drive content and projects from conception to completion

  • Be adaptable to project shifts and be receptive to constructive feedback, refining strategies as needed

  • Bonus: Possess advanced skills in Adobe Lightroom, Photoshop, and Premiere Pro.


Requirements:

A Degree in a related field and at least three years experience.
